Fetch Media Tools Limited — End User License Agreement (EULA)
By installing, copying, or using software provided by Fetch Media Tools Limited (“Fetch Media Tools”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
Per-Machine License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on a single machine per license.
Future license mechanisms may allow additional deployment options; these will be described in updated licensing terms when available.
Perpetual Version-Based License: Licenses are perpetual for the specific major version of the software for which the license was issued. For example, all version 1.x releases are covered by a single license; version 2.x and later require a separate license.
Transfers: Licenses may be transferred to another machine provided the software is deactivated on the original machine. If you cannot deactivate automatically, a manual deactivation request to Fetch Media Tools support is required.

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional licensing terms provided by Fetch Media Tools, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Fetch Media Tools Limited regarding the software.
