Fetch Media Tools Limited — End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance

By installing, copying, or using software provided by Fetch Media Tools Limited (“Fetch Media Tools”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

2. License Grant

Per-Machine License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on a single machine per license.

Future license mechanisms may allow additional deployment options; these will be described in updated licensing terms when available.

Perpetual Version-Based License: Licenses are perpetual for the specific major version of the software for which the license was issued. For example, all version 1.x releases are covered by a single license; version 2.x and later require a separate license.

Transfers: Licenses may be transferred to another machine provided the software is deactivated on the original machine. If you cannot deactivate automatically, a manual deactivation request to Fetch Media Tools support is required.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the software.
• Copy, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the software, except as expressly permitted by this license.
• Circumvent or bypass license validation or anti-piracy mechanisms.
• Use the software in any unlawful manner or to process unlawful content.

4. Support and Updates

• Email support is provided for your licensed version.
• Updates, patches, or bug fixes will be provided within the same major version.
• New major versions (e.g., version 2.x after 1.x) require a separate license; Fetch Media Tools may offer a discounted upgrade, with the amount determined at the time of release.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the software, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, remain with Fetch Media Tools Limited. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.

6. Data and Privacy

• The software may transmit license identifiers and hashed machine IDs to our licensing server to validate licenses and support transfers.
• Your email address is only used for license management via Lemon Squeezy, LLC, our payment provider.

No media files, logs, or usage analytics are collected without your consent.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided “as is” without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fetch Media Tools does not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fetch Media Tools shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of data, content, or revenue
• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Hardware or network failures

You assume responsibility for your use of the software and your local environment.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Termination occurs if you:

• Violate any of the terms of this agreement
• Attempt to circumvent the licensing system

Upon termination, you must:

• Deactivate the software on all machines
• Delete all copies of the software from your systems

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

11. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional licensing terms provided by Fetch Media Tools, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Fetch Media Tools Limited regarding the software.
