4.1 Licensing and purchase data

When you purchase a license via Lemon Squeezy, LLC, we receive from Lemon Squeezy:

  • License or order reference

We store email addresses only for the purpose of issuing and managing software licenses and providing updates to software.

4.2 Machine identification data

For license validation and anti-piracy measures, we store:

  • Hashed machine identification values

These values are:

  • Pseudonymised using one-way hashing
  • Not reverse-engineerable to recover your hardware identifiers
  • Used solely to validate licenses and prevent unauthorised use

These identifiers may be transmitted to our licensing server when the software checks license status or when a user moves a license between machines.

4.3 Support communications

If you contact us for support, we may collect:

No media files, usage analytics, or local log files are transmitted as part of these checks.

In some circumstances, limited offline license validation may be available. This is not the default mode of operation and may be subject to time limits, feature limitations, or additional conditions. Where offline validation is used, no additional personal data is collected beyond what is described in this policy.
