Audio Packages
Audio Packages let you bundle a complete Callie project — audio files, clip settings, colors, shortcuts, and routing — into a single .cpack file.
Exporting an Audio Pack
Section titled “Exporting an Audio Pack”- Go to File → Export Audio Pack.
- Choose a location and file name.
- Callie zips all audio files and configuration into a
.cpack. - A progress bar shows the packaging status.
Importing an Audio Pack
Section titled “Importing an Audio Pack”- Go to File → Import Audio Pack.
- Select a
.cpackfile. - Audio files are extracted to the
imported_audio/directory in your workspace. - Clip configurations load automatically.
Transferring Between Computers
Section titled “Transferring Between Computers”- Export an Audio Pack on the source computer.
- Copy the
.cpackfile to the target computer. - Import the pack on the target computer.
- All audio and settings are restored.
Use Cases
Section titled “Use Cases”- Backing up show configurations.
- Sharing projects with other operators.
- Moving from a rehearsal machine to the show machine.
- Audio Packs include the audio files, so they can be large.
- Machine-specific settings (audio device selections, output labels) may need adjusting on the target computer.
